Tracey Tasker
Tracey Tasker holds a B.A. in English and Economics and an MBA (from Rutgers University) and an MA in Speech-Language Pathology (from Montclair State University). Tracey started out her career working for AT&T/Lucent Technologies in New Jersey. Then she had a set of twin boys (one with autism) and three years later a set of twin girls (born two months premature) and she was immersed in the world of early intervention. That’s when she decided that her true passion was to help other parents help their young children to communicate.

Tracey has been providing evaluations and therapy to early intervention families for ten years. Tracey strongly believes in using therapy techniques that are based on evidence and empowering parents with that knowledge so they can advocate for their children. Tracey uses Autism treatment methods based on DIR Floortime, Hanen More Than Words, Melodic Based Communication Therapy and Project Impact. In addition, Tracey is trained in Kaufman KSLP method for (CAS) for children with co-existing childhood apraxia of speech and the AEIOU Systematic approach to
feeding for children with eating disorders. Tracey is a board member of the Infant Development
Association of California whose mission is to foster collaboration between families and professionals

Heather Anderson is the creator of The Autism Oasis, providing education and support to families affected by nonverbal autism.
